I will carefully package your item appropriately to ensure a safe as possible delivery to you and I will endeavour to use recycled or eco materials.

I will always send ‘signed for’ post through Royal Mail/Parcelforce.

As you have read in the Shipping info, I will take the utmost care to package your item appropriately. However, if it does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact me via email within 48hrs of delivery, annadonovan176@hotmail.com with a photo of the item. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for goods not in my care.

I will issue a refund if the piece has been clearly damaged in transit.
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your purchase, please contact me by email annadonovan176@hotmail.com Once we agree to return the item, you are responsible to reuse the original packaging materials and box the item in the same way in which you received it. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage.

When I receive the piece in the perfect condition, in which it was sent, I will issue a refund.
